Naomba nijitambulishe kwanza mimi ni mwanafunzi wa UDOM ambaye nilidisco UDSM. Sasa tokea nimeanza kusoma hapa UDOM kuna mambo nayaona hayako sawa. kama inavyojulikana wanafunzi wa hapa wengi uwezo wa darasani ni mdogo hivyo tunawaburuza tu darasani. Sasa kuna tabia ambayo ni common kwa karibu vyuo vishiriki vyote vya udom ya kuwaongezea maksi za coursework wanafunzi ambao wanakuwa na maksi ndogo ili wasifeli. mara ya kwanza nilipoiona nikajua labda ni kwa somo moja tu, baadae nikaona kila somo, baadae nikaona na course nyingine nao wanafanyiwa hivyo hivyo, baadaye nilipowauliza na wa vyuo vingine naambiwa hiyo ni kawaida hapa udom.
Kwa mfano kuna somo mwanafunzi wa kwanza ana c/w ya 35 out of 40 na wa mwisho ana 1 out of 40, mwalimu alichofanya ni kumpa 20 yule mwenye 1 ili awe na 21 na kumpa 1 mwenye 35 ili kuondoa lawama asijelalamika kuwa yeye hajaongezewa. yaani wote waliokuwa chini ya 10 wameongezewa kati ya 15 - 20, bila fomula yoyote. Yaani mwalimu kapanga kuwa course work ya wanafunzi ianzie 20.
Mimi sikatai wanafunzi magarasa wasisaidiwe ila ninachopinga ni namna wanavyosaidiwa, kwa kuwaongezea maksi wanazidi kulemazwa ndio hawatasoma kwa kuwa wanajua kuwa wataongezewa tena. Nafikiri njia bora ilitakiwa wapewe extra hours za kufundisha especially tutorials na baadaye wapewe make-up test hata kama zitatungwa below standard lakini at least ni njia inayokubalika katika vyuo vyote duniani. Ila hili la kugawa free marks linadidimiza elimu halafu linawakatisha tamaa wale wanaojituma kwa juhudi zao. Hili zoezi la kugawa maksi linafanywa na walimu mmoja mmoja huko madarasani, Hiyo yote ni tisa, kumi ni pale malecturer ambao hawaamini kwenye kugawa maksi wanapo-submit matokeo ya UE kwenye uongozi wa chuo, chuo kinaanza kugawa maksi kwa wanafunzi waliofeli sana na kupunguza maksi kwa wanafunzi waliofaulu sana. Hili lilitokea semester iliyopita karibu vyuo vishiriki vyote vya UDOM ndio maana matokeo yalichelewa sana kutolewa. Wenyewe wanadai eti wana-standardize, eti matokeo yoyote yale lazima ya-reflect the so called "Normal distribution curve". waliosoma statistics wanaelewa maana yake ila literally inamaanisha kuwa katika darasa lazima kichwani wawepo wachache tumboni wengi bila kukosa mkia. Sasa kwa kutumia hii style hamuwezi kujua kama somo watu wamefeli sana tatizo ni mtaala au mwalimu anayefundisha haeleweki au delivery methodology au kuna tatizo gani. Sasa kwa kutumia hii style ya kuongeza maksi matatizo mengi ya kielimu UDOM yanajificha yanakuja kuonekana huko makazini ambako mtu aliyesoma UDOM tena kwa ufaulu mzuri anakuja kuonekana ana uwezo mdogo at its best.
Kuna taarifa zisizothibitishwa kuwa walimu wa UDOM wameambiwa wahakikishe wanafunzi hawafeli ili chuo kisikose ada kwa kuwa hakipati ruzuku serikalini ambayo itawalipa wao mishahara. Hii inamaanisha kuwa mwanafunzi kufeli UDOM ni mpaka aamue yeye mwenyewe kuondoka chuo na mabegi yake maana hata kama husomi ila upo around maksi utapata tu labda uende kuwashitaki kwa nini wamekupa maksi wakati wewe mwenyewe hutaki, of which is impossible.
Now I was asking myself, are we still having a university at UDOM or a breeding center for fake proffessionals? Please, I know some of Administrators visit this site, try to work on these concerns for the betterment of our colleges. Well, the way you argue sound childish a bit but I'll accommodate your reasoning ability, Nowhere i have suggested the cancellation of religious session, but they should be considered as extra curricula activities and should not interfere academic programs. All classrooms and theaters should be vacant for academic activities and with no reservation. Academic first and other activities can follow. My argument was the endless reservation of classrooms for religious rituals, to me this is unacceptable. Btw you sound to be offended somewhere as your signature testifies, that's why you argue blindly.
