Hebu tamka "maridhawa"!
Wewe hata kuandika haujui na unanyoshea wengine kidole.. Lol..Kwaiyo sisi watz siyo wasomi Kwa sababu atujui English!!!??
Hauwezi ukaijua lugha bila kuitumia, tena ukubwani, yaani unakumbana na Kingereza kuanzia kidato cha kwanza, halafu haukitumii kwenye mawasiliano, hicho kidogo unachofundishwa kinakutoka mara moja.
Lugha yoyote ile lazima uitumie mara kadhaa ndio uje kuimudu.

The Ugandan Government has endorsed the establishment of the Uganda National Kiswahili Council whose main objective is to guide the introduction of Kiswahili as the second national (official) language.
Addressing journalists about the Cabinet decision at State House Entebbe on Monday, Mr Ofwono Opondo, the executive director of Uganda Media Centre, said that the establishment of the council is provided for in the Constitution and it’s mandated to ensure that Kiswahili is rooted as the second national language.
“The Constitution provides that we shall have two national languages [that is] English and Swahili but we have not been using Swahili. This council will be recruiting Swahili teachers who will be deployed to teach Swahili in schools,” he said.
He said the council will also oversee the establishment of a policy, legal and institutional framework for setting standards for effective promotion, development and usage of Kiswahili at all levels.
English has been Uganda's lone official language since independence in 1962.
In 2005, Kiswahili, which is viewed as neutral, was proposed as the country's second official language.

Bottom line ......Tanzanians speak/write better Swahili......Kenyans speak/write better English.......in the world of today I prefer the later. Swahili wouldn't help me much beyond these border.
Nataka unipatie ka kozi ka kuandika hapo slum namimi nijue kuandika situlipatana nikikununulia chapo 6 x3 Kwa siku utanitembeza Kenya nataka kuanzia Mombasa tutaenda hadi Nairobi Pesa siyo tatizoWewe hata kuandika haujui na unanyoshea wengine kidole.. Lol..
Personally sijawai ona a movie translated in TZ huku Kenya na hazipendwi. If they want translated wanawatch za DJ Afro, na ni mostly kids juu ya his humor. Watch NTV ama KTN ama K24, most local show are mostly in English and swahili cooks ama maids wakihave a discussion. Citizen tend to do Swahili shows tho some are in English. Foreign TV shows are in EnglishMbona muvi zilizo tafsiriwa za kiswahili kutoka tz zikua zikipendwa Kenya pia hadi baadhi ya wakenya nao wakajiingiza in wenye kutafsiri muvi ila wakachemka na kiswahili chao kibovu
Thats why as a human being uko na brain. You can understand more then one language.
Maybe from my environment. Nimetembea Kenya but I tend to stay in towns so I guess sina raw data. But I am sure as long as someone amepitia shule ya msingi atakuwa na basics za English na watakuwa na hint of what is being saidScientific researches zote zinaonyesha kwamba, wakenya wengi awe amesoma au hakusoma wanaelewa Kiswahili, wakati Kiingereza ni chini ya 45%.
I agree but ni mentality. In Rwanda kama siko wrong they use the same language but walitafuta reason ya kuchinjana. In Uganda English is their main language, tribal languages kulingana na region if I am not wrong na hutapata tribalism.Because native languages are very much associated with negative tribalism, we don't like that.

There is nothing wrong in having an accent...Even English people and Americans have regional accents...Both of them speak the English language differently...One language can be spoken differently depending on where you are from...There is nothing wrong with that...Nobody is going to get millions of dollars for speaking a language perfectly...It is only a medium of communication...It really ain’t that serious...
Walimu wenu wanahitaji walimu.
Walimu wenu wanahitaji walimu.
Kile wanachofundisha si Kiswahili. Wanafundisha ujinga.
So people are just sitting around idly waiting to laugh at peoples accents? How small and ignorant of them! To me personally, I don’t care if someone has an accent or not...I am not going around as a dictionary correcting peoples grammar...How does someone’s accent add or subtract anything substantial from my life? I think it is immature, petty, ignorant and nonsensical to laugh or demean someone based on their accent...There are better more important things to worry about than the perfection of a language...What’s important to me is what increases my wealth monetarily and intellectually...So these language wars are simply nonsensical to me period...Lugha ni lafudhi bwana!
Watakucheka watu!
