The government cannot do without economic handouts from the donor community. That's the truth.
The government's monthly revenue collection of less than Tzs 1.4 trillion cannot in any way sustain her annual budget hence the need for the handouts.Prove your statement. Also give us figures of how much the Germany Government has given us as handouts.
