jamani hii inasababishwa na kutofanya mazoezi? kujiachia kwa kutofata mipango mizuri ya mlo? au ni wagonjwa tokea zamani?

nnaomba mnisaidie maana unene wao unatisha wakuu, kwa hali hii wakifa tusije kumzulia chenge kabisa !!!!

They're very sick, it's not a joke. BP, high cholesteral, diabetes and in danger of heart disease.
This's why we have lots of issues. They can't do anything fast, too slow for everything. I feel sorry for their wives. Mi hawa hawanifai kabisaaaaaa. I like it rough!

Kula hadi kusaza/kula bila mpangilio na mpangilio mbaya wa mlo!
Hawafanyi simple physical excercises (Vx zipo kwa usafiri).

Hao ni OBESE na wanaweza kupatwa kwa urahisi magonjwa kama kisukari, maradhi ya moyo na mifupa.

Ila kwetu bongo ukiwa mnene ndio mambo yako SAFI..(pesa ipo ya kutosha!)

Wakianzisha gym yaani no doubt mtaanza kusema wanapenda luxury wabunge wa bongo, what the heck!! just let them live their fat lives, we only need them to use their heads properly whilst in parliament sessions, nothing else!!

Nadhani pia genes zinachangia ..na siyo tu msosi wa nguvu!

Kama unakaa mitaa ya b.beach utamwona mh mwandosya most of the mornings mida ya saa 12 na robo hivi, huwa nakutana naye anatembea wakati mi narush kazini. Nilipendezwa na ratiba yake nzuri, kweli jamaa ni mtu wa mazoezi hata ukimwangalia mwili wake sio kama wa hayo maboga mengine. Nadhani ni mfano mzuri wa kuigwa kwa upande wa mazoezi. Anayebisha... waulize wakazi wa bahari beach
 
BelindaJacob, hebu kula kuku wawili, kila siku na siku moja moja pata mguu mzima wa mbuzi na vibia 4!! na mazoezi kwako yawe ni mwiko nakuhakikishia lazima utakuwa kama Mgana Msindai

Hapo kweli nitapasuka na kupenda kula kwangu. Kwanza kummaliza kuku mmoja tu tabu tena upate biaz halafu no mazoezi.

Tunavyowasema wabunge utadhani ni aina flani ya species tofauti na binadamu wengine. Ni kama wote wanatabia za kufanana na matendo ya kufanana, kauli hizi ni aina flani ya ushabiki. Kuna wabunge wanaojali afya zao sana tu na kama ilivyo kwenye general population wapo wasiojali. Gym ninayofanyia mazoezi kuna member tena active zaidi ya sita ambao ni wabunge tena wapo fit ile mbaya na kwa hakika hawalipwi allowance ila wao hulipia member fee kila mwaka.
Nadhani wabunge ni miongoni mwetu sisi wenyewe na hilo la unene ni tatizo la watu wetu wote. Tuache kuwafanya hawa ni malaika ndio maana wapuuzi kati yao hujiona ni special being na kuwanyanyasa wananchi..AAAAAAAGGGGHHRRRR

Milo saba kwa siku bila kukosa.

Miili yao ndiyo qualification ya kuwa kiongozi wa Tanzania.
Ndiyo maana wanalala tu kwenye mikutano, imekaa Mizigo tupu. Aibuuu, hivi ni kiongozi gani wa USA au UK unamwona amevimba namna hii????

Hii ni kwamba akili zao hazifikirii chochote, wameshawini maisha, puh!!

Mimi napenda sana kula kuliko kawaida lakini mbona sipo kama wale kabisa? Au inawezekana ndo miili au asili yao kwenye vizazi vyao?

Nahisi kuna sababu nyingine zaidi ya kula zinazosababisha unene kama wa hao waheshimiwa!

Huwezi kuwa unakula kama hawa waheshimiwa my dia!
