Usisahau na yafwatayo:-

Better sex workout:

Plank for 20 seconds.

Glute bridges for 15 reps.

Jump squats for 10-15 reps.

10 Kegels with 5-10 second holds.

Pushups for 10-15 reps.

Pigeon pose, holding for 1 minute on each side.

Side push ups 20 each side
Cobra stretch
Russian twists
Etc

Mwaka 2017 nilikua siwezi kupiga push ups ata 3 ila sasahiv napiga 45 bila kupumzika pia nazunguka uwanja mara 15 nonstop dah Mazoez mazuri jamani.🦾
 
Msaada wenu wadau...Nishapiga sana pushups zaidi ya miaka miwili sasa lakini mabadiliko hamna,Mwili umegoma kabisa kujengeka siyo mikono wala kifua(chest), Nimejaribu kudownload video za YouTube za mazoezi lakini hamna matokeo bado Nina uwembamba uleule ni kitu inanitesa sana...Nataka mwili uongezeke kidogo ili hata nguo zinikae vizuri NiFanye nini?
