Fundamentally, every person has a right to decide his/ her own destiny. And even after deciding on it, that same person has the right to change his/her mind, change it back again, change it again, and so on and so forth. As long as no breaking of contract is involved.

The political process is dotted - if not littered- with an ever increasing torrent of new information being available with each passing day.Even if these fellows had committed to campaign for the opposition (which they didn't) I would not see anything wrong with them changing their minds and campaigning for CCM.

We have to learn to embrace the paramount prominence of individual choice even when contrasted with the attainment of a collective goal.For what is a collective goal attained without the heartfelt conviction of individuals? It is a mere farce, to be deplored rather than adored.
It is uncontested that in the annals of human action the individual interest always takes precedence over the utopia of a collective goal. These fellows are only acting in what they believe to be their best individual interests.
