Rita tower is one ugly ass building. I remember on SSC we followed up when it was being built, even die-hard Tanzanian cheerleaders agreed it was ugly. A thread was even opened about its ugliness. Same with Mafuta house (How can such a tall building have ugly ass external staircase like that?) Golden Jubilee tower is just ordinary. PPF is not bad but nowhere close to memorable.
