There was a time hapa Jf kuna mtu alisema Nai haina glass buildings ndio hio kwanza full glass. Then wakasema buildings ni za minara. GTC ndio hio. Wakasema floors. La hasha. Westlands, Upperhill na Parklands ni maeneo yalipata kuendelezwa hivi miaka ya juzi tu. Even by 2000s, Upperhill km, ilikuwa mostly misitu na majumba machache za mabwenyenye....mostly wazungu (niliarifiwa), ambao waliamua kughura maeneo ya kama Karen jiji lilipoanza kupanuka na kufikia maeneo hayo.
Sielewi ni kwanini huna imani na uwezo wa mwafrika, ya kufanya mambo kama hayo kisawa sawa. Hivi Kigali si inajengwa na Waafrika?
Hawa jamaa zetu hawazifahamu barabara nyingi imara za Dar, dawa ni kuzitundika hapa wazione .
