What a fantastic question!

I won’t (and can’t) get into as much detail as I’d like, but I will tell the basics. Everything in the universe is a form of energy. Energy of some kind, and vibrates at various frequencies. Lower frequencies are solid matter, for example, and the higher frequencies are what we call spirit. God, of course, it the highest of all, the purest and highest form of energy, the Source of all.

Spirit is basically a particular form of energy within a certain range of frequencies. No one can really tell you the EXACT frequencies, but they are far above human experience without being open to that level. Spiritual energy is known by many names all over the world, and people have been perceiving, and trying to describe and use, this energy for thousands of years. For example in martial arts there is ki (in Japanese) or chi (in Chinese) and prana (in Hindi) and many other names over the years.

Spiritual beings, however, are not just energy, but like human beings a collection of things, organs, substances, and levels of energy. Our bones, for example, the densest matter, is at the lowest frequency of energy, the liquids higher, our emotions higher than that, our thoughts above those. Our human spirit is a “body” of a collection of different energy forms, organs, if you want to call them that, things that make up our spiritual body or form. Other spiritual beings don’t have bodies, but the spiritual bodies, which are energy forms of various kinds that make them up.

We humans don’t fully understand these things, and sometimes people like me take an interest in this phenomena and can only try to understand and piece things together from experience and the writings of ancient people who tried to understand them in the only ways they could. For example, God. We can only think of a being like this as the Highest form of spiritual energy of all. Below him are “angels”, beings on somewhat lesser frequencies or levels of vibration. And they go farther down the levels of vibration or frequency, down to what ancient people called “demons”, the lowest of spiritual entities. Then we have humans, who are not only spiritual beings but inside a physical body, and develop a “soul” through life. Below us are animals, then all the other critters in creation, then non-living things.

There are so many books on this and so many opinions, pro and con, that one has to study and consider what makes sense to them, and not be dogmatic about it. After all, we can’t really know until we are no longer in physical bodies and enter the spiritual realm personally. We have to take the word of others who studied this before us and test it. For example, there was a recent question about chakras. These are places that interface with the physical body made of energy, and a concentration of this energy at a particular range of frequencies. A chakra is a wheel, a vortex. But it seems imaginary because it consists of this spiritual energy people have always been perceiving, but just can’t fully understand or prove to everyone’s satisfaction.

Spiritual energy is believed to be a higher form of energy vibrating at varying frequencies, with different entities occupying different levels within this realm.

From divine beings like God to angels, demons, and humans, each entity is thought to exist on a specific vibrational frequency. Concepts like chakras provide insight into how spiritual energy interacts with our physical bodies.

While our understanding may be limited, exploring these topics offers a glimpse into the complex nature of spiritual existence and our place within it.

Great topic, but I’m a bit confused the use of language, Is the question what is energy in spirit or what is the power in/of spirituality
The word “power” has a lot of meanings in English - so it might make sense to specify what are you asking about. Refers to definition of Power and Energy

The concept of power in the spirit world varies widely across different cultures, religions, and belief systems. Here are some common themes:

Spiritual Energy: Many traditions believe in a type of energy that exists in the spirit world, which can influence the physical world. This energy is often seen as a source of healing, guidance, or inspiration.
Spirits and Entities: Different cultures have various spirits, ancestors, or deities that hold power. These entities may be invoked for protection, wisdom, or assistance in achieving goals.
Rituals and Practices: Power in the spirit world is often accessed through rituals, prayers, or meditative practices. These can include offerings, ceremonies, or other acts intended to honor or connect with spiritual forces.
Intuition and Insight: Many belief systems emphasize the importance of intuition as a form of spiritual power. Individuals may seek to develop their intuitive abilities to receive guidance from the spirit world.
Manifestation: Some traditions teach that individuals can manifest their desires or intentions by aligning with spiritual energies or principles.
Balance and Harmony: The spirit world is often viewed as a realm where balance and harmony are crucial. Many practices focus on restoring balance in one’s life or environment, which is believed to harness spiritual power.
Each of these aspects reflects a different understanding of how power operates in the spirit world, and interpretations can be deeply personal and subjective.

As a medium, paranormal investigator, and someone who's had profound spiritual experiences since childhood, I can say with certainty that the Spirit world does indeed exist. It's not just a belief for me – it's a reality I've experienced firsthand countless times.

My journey with the Spirit world began in my childhood home, which was decidedly haunted. At the age of 7, I witnessed something that would change my perception forever: a pair of disembodied pants materialized right in front of me, worn by an invisible presence that walked across our dining room. This wasn't a fleeting glimpse or a trick of the light – it was a clear, unmistakable manifestation that defied any conventional explanation.

As I grew older, these experiences continued and evolved. During high school, my friends and I saw a full-bodied apparition descend our back stairway, pause, and then return upstairs. The kicker? I was the only person who had been in the house that entire weekend. This wasn't just a personal experience anymore; it was a shared encounter that validated what I had known all along.

In my work as a paranormal investigator, I've had numerous interactions with spirits. One particularly striking incident occurred at Ashmore Estates, a well-known haunted location. While alone in the building, I heard a clear, audible "hello" spoken directly into my ear. It wasn't a whisper or a distant sound – it was as clear as if someone was standing right next to me.

But the Spirit world isn't just about ghostly encounters. As a medium, I regularly communicate with spirits, including guardian angels and spirit guides. I've helped lost souls cross over to the other side, including the spirit of my ex-wife. These experiences have shown me that consciousness continues beyond physical death, and that we are, in essence, spiritual beings having a human experience rather than the other way around.

The Spirit world, in my experience, isn't some far-off, abstract concept. It's a realm that coexists with our physical reality, often intersecting in ways that we might not always recognize. It's a place of continued growth, learning, and evolution for souls.

However, I always encourage a balanced approach. While my experiences have convinced me of the Spirit world's existence, I understand why many are skeptical. These phenomena aren't easily measured or replicated in controlled settings, which makes scientific verification challenging. But the lack of current scientific explanation doesn't negate the reality of these experiences for those who have them.

If you're curious about the Spirit world, I encourage you to keep an open mind. Pay attention to your intuition, unexplained experiences, and moments of seemingly coincidental insight. These could be glimpses into the Spirit world's influence on our lives.

Remember, our understanding of reality is constantly evolving. What seems supernatural today might be explained by science in the future. Until then, I'll continue to explore this fascinating realm, help others understand their experiences, and bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual worlds.

Your deep connection with the Spirit world is truly fascinating.

Have you ever encountered skeptics or faced challenges in sharing your experiences with others?

How do you navigate between the realms of the physical and spiritual worlds in your daily life?

What advice would you give to those who are curious about exploring their own spiritual connections or encounters with the unknown?

How do you maintain a sense of balance and grounding while delving into such mystical and profound experiences?

Kwenye hizi topics ngumu huwezi kuwaona WAZEE WA MBUNYE, wanapita kwa kasi huku wamefumbata makalio... wanaona nyota nyota tu.

Hapa hawaelewi kitu, wanasoma huku wameshikilia vidindo vyao, mara paap wametoka nduki kwenda kusoma udaku na penzi la kimasikhara.

I always responded to criticism by keeping my eyes on objectives and never stopped improving my abilities. As I found that the secret was to remain true to myself my passions and to the knowledge that my journey was special and didn't require approval from others. My dedication was further strengthened by the encouragement I received from those who I shared my convictions, So hence I learn to listen to my inner voice more than people's voices, stick to my intuition and being brave enough to stand for myself and my conviction. What's interesting is that I wasn't taught any of these by my parents or anyone.

God or Truth has two aspects: historical and eternal. The historical aspect is the God revealed in time and space, experienced and present in the sacred scriptures and the theological interpretations of religions. The historical God demands the submission of will and intellect of human beings. It creates a collective group of people and demands loyalty. It divides humanity.

The God of eternity goes beyond its historical manifestations and unites humanity. This aspect of God does not demand the submission of will and intellect but makes human beings free. It is the God of freedom, silence and creativity. It is the God of unity: one God, one creation and one humanity.

We can say that the histotical manifestations of God or Truth is god realm and the eternal aspect is spiritual realm.

We begin with the historical God and move into the eternal God. They are not two Gods but only one God but two aspects. The historical God is like the womb of God where human beings are given security, nourishment and protection until they are ready to move into the God of eternity.

How can we migrate from god realm to spiritual realm?

It is by growing in the god realm and realizing the limitations of god realm. Just like a baby grows in the womb until it sees the boundaries of the womb and then comes out. It is being born again.

As per Christians Jesus Christ said: unless you are born again, you cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

This rebirth is to come out of the realm of God, the God of history, and entering into the God of eternity, the realm of spirituality.

As for ME God realms is a belief. Spiritual realms is a realization. As far as you are not trapped in religions, traditions and scripts, also by taking the full responsibility in your hands, you can find a path to practice. From God to mind

Sasa hivi watu wamefanya sayansi kuwa kama hivyo yani Science is somehow the arbiter of truth; that you need someone to tell you what you should believe. That you aren't smart enough to think for yourself, and that unless something has the scientific seal of approval, you shouldn't consider it worth looking at.

Mfano kitu kipi? Maswala ya kiimani kila mtu anaweza kuamini anavyoweza ,shida ni pale unataka kuaminisha wengine waamini tu kile unachokiamini wewe bila uthibitisho wa wewe mwenyewe kujua kile unachotaka kuwa waaminisha watu.
