None of these rules were important or revolutionary. The Israelites already knew that it was wise not to murder, steal from their own and to honor their parents. Even before Christianity reached Africa, Africans had a sense of morality and did not need these rules to improve their lives.

The rest of the rules are a creation of a human mind. A jealous, angry and insecure god. A god with human emotions.
