In the pretext of good communication and presentation skills, Tanzanians have not been given an opportunity to work and demonstrate their capabilities. A number of foreigners without or with moderate skills got contracts and lucrative jobs in Tanzania. It is a painful thing to see foreigners employed as librarians, teachers, even bank tellers. I agree that correct attitude is key, however, there are quite a number of Tanzanians with impressive skills and attitudes. The question is, why Sylvia?

Tunatakiwa kufanya presentations, case studies, offer persuasive counter arguements etc katika mazingira ya kazi na biashara. Usipuuzie hiyo skill. Nime-interview watu wanonyesha grade kwenye cheti nzuri lakini hawana utashi wa kumshughulikia mteja. Hao sio asset.
