A football lesson. Argentina versus Netherlands in the penalty kicks. The Argentina goalkeeper, Martinez, (in red) saved two penalties which gave them an edge in the game. Then an Argentina player, Lautaro Martinez, scored the winning penalty.

All players rushed to congratulate Lautaro for winning them the match. All but one player. Lionel Messi. The Captain. The Leader. He realized if it wasn't for the goalkeeper they wouldn't have won. Messi rushed to celebrate with the goalkeeper. There's a Management lesson somewhere there.
