The credentials of those who write kenya off are questionable. Kenya has had that facility for years now but despite unprecedented drought and turbulent elections that ushered limited productivity it never drew on the facility; why does the country need it now? You guys are forgetting that our current Central Bank governor was employed previously at the international lenders and he assured that Kenya has sufficient capacity to weather the storm

See your ignorance, you think the problem is on Withdrawal of the IMF facility..
Read Eurobond contract and see where the problem lies,- The investors can redeem their bonds immediately if kenya loses IMF facility! .- Hugely bad contract drunkard uhuru signed

Comment on things that you know not things you dont know. As I have established,you dont know that the Eurobond Final agreement with kenya has clauses of investors exiting from the bond should kenya not adhere to IMF controls.
Exiting= Reedeming before maturity time
