Another big blow to CoW (Kenya): Uganda prefers route through Tanzania for her oil exports

you are very correct sir, terrorists can be anywhere even in tz we don't know when they might start, we just pray to God that they don't establish their base in tz like they have done in the coast of kenya (mombasa and lamu). however, you should remember that m7 is not only afraid of terrorists and the long distance, there is also the issue of what m7 called "the jaluos" who were uprooting the railway during the migingo dispute.

tz thot they can have it the easy way, ppleni sana.kenya knows diplomacy n interests

Those're the acts of vandalism I was referring to earlier, some Kenyans resorting to punishing Uganda by destroying such facilities that Uganda depend on for their imports and exports.
Isolating Kenya due to its terror challenges is absurd to the extreme.

NB: the jaluos uprooted the railway to Uganda in 2008 when it was rumored that M7 had helped Kibaki rig the elections, and that he had even sent his security forces to try quell the violent protests in western Kenya. Brazzenly meddling into our affairs like that...!
