It's obvious that this guy has the whole football governing body's backing.
Imagine

1. A competition of once in two years with only two major power house country was played 3times in 4years.
what's the reason?

Bcoz they want him to win it before retire.
They're even proposing of bringing World cup to two years hnmm

2.they introduced a new award to calm the other guy and to confuse any media from criticism

3. they changed the rules twice to enable him win it (in 2010 when Sneijder beat everybody by winning the league and UCL,they said it's individual performances not by trophy won) and (in 2021 again when he's having problem of settling down in a new farmers league and finishing 3rd in previous season with his former club, they gave it to him for winning COPA AMERICA trophy when Lewandowski is tearing apart all the opposition's net anyhow or what else did they want from a striker than goals).
