No one is saying BLM think that White lives or others lives don't matter. All lives should matter but it's just that's not what we are talking about right now.In this case it should be; all lives matter, whether be it black, yellow, white, blue etc.
By the Slogan; " black lives matter"- it implies the rest lives do not matter and this notion ushers in new form of racism making the black superior over the rest colours.
That is my take.

There's a clear issue that needs to be dealt with, and by saying "all lives matter " yeah It's true but is seen as a countermovement by trying to bury specific issue with non-specific, because some people don't think black lives really matter.
Black Lives Matter is associated to unfair treatment of black people so ALM (all lives matter) will not bring attention to very specialized issues just as BLM does.
Having said that, BLM needs to remain as its because it draws attention to the specific problem at hand Mokaze.
