Nenda ikulu kaulize mchambuzi alikuwa na nafasi gani huko, tena sio awamu hii tu, watakueleza, na pia utaelezwa kwanini niliachana na uchwara. Sina uchungu wowote wa kukosa uongozi kwani sipo tayari kutumikia wabomoaji wa taifa letu. Siku ya hukumu inakuja.

Vinginevyo mimi kwangu uongozi ni dhamana tu, sio kama nyinyi mnaogeuza uwe ni career. Sina haja ya uongozi kupata mlo wangu, mlo wangu umetokana na juhudi zangu shuleni na kwingineko. Sijalelewa kuishi kwa kutegemea siasa kama nyinyi, ndio maana mpo tayari kutoa watu kucha, macho, kulinda matumbo yenu.

Kazi za chama tunajitolea tu kwa mapenzi ya chama na nchi. Kaulize ikulu mchango wa mchambuzi uchaguzi mkuu ulikuwa nini, watakueleza.

Mengine uliyojadili hapo juu ni kukwepa tu hoja. Misukule mna bahati sana kwani siku jasho letu linairudisha Tanganyika, mtakuja kudoea tu matunda ya ukombozi. Kwa kujua hilo, ndio maana mnajificha jificha kwa kubebwa na JF's policy.

Ni hilo, hayo ya kuleta nyaraka n.k. mimi sijayaulizia. Nina uliza kitu kimoja based on conversation yenu wawili.

Badala ya kumtaka Mchambuzi aweke copy ya Rasimu mbadala ya Katiba ikiwa inaambatana na audio kama alivyodai anazo, Kwa sasa unataka wanaohoji uwepo wake wakukubalie kama rasimu na audio kama ipo au haipo.

Sasa unataka tukubali au tukanushe jambo ambalo hatukulileta na hatufahamu hata chanzo chake.

Kama Rasimu mbadala ipo huoni kama ni kuwanyima fursa sawa wanaJF wengine ambao wanapenda kupata fursa ya kuzipitia sura zote za inayodaiwa kuwa ni Rasimu mbadala.

Yoyote inayoitwa nyaraka na audio hazipatikani vinywani bali zinapatikana katika mfumo wa hard and soft copy.

Ndugu, maneno mengi ya nini?. Mmesema mna copy na audio za Rasimu mbadala ya katiba ambayo iliwasilishwa kwenye Halmashauli Kuu ya CCM.

Nimewaomba muweke hapa ili tuanze kuchangia kwa kuziangalia ibara zake moja baada ya nyingine badala ya kutuletea ibara kutoka katika fikra zenu. Nimewambia Rasimu Mbadala haiwezi kuwa na ukurasa mmoja hasa ukichukulia kuwa Rasimu ya sasa iliyoko mezani ina kurasa zaidi ya 106.

Rasimu ya Katiba kwa sasa inachambuliwa na Bunge Maalum huku wabunge wakiwa na nakala za copy juu ya meza wakati ninyi mnataka tuchambue nakala ya fikra zenu ambazo mnadai ndiyo Rasimu mbadala ya katiba.

  3. Je, muundo wa Muungano utalazimika kurekebishwa na kubakia wa serikali mbili nchi moja kama awali?
Na mwisho namba pia ufumbuzi kuhusu hatua ambazo mngependekeza zichukuliwe kama upande moja wa Muungano hautaafiki marekebisho kama hayo hapo juu. Je hali kama hiyo ikijitokeza, Muungano unaweza kudumu?
 
Nimeona Budget mpya imekuwa mpaka 12 Billion Dollar kutoka 9 Billion USD, hiyo ni sawa na 21% increase. Sasa basi tupige kelele lakini tukumbuke kwamba hii government spending is outrageous. Dawa ni balanced budget clause kwenye katiba. Hiyo ndio dawa.

Tatizo nililokuwa nalo, ni watu wa S3 kudai kuwa watanzania wengi wanataka S3. Hilo mmeshindwa kunithibitishia kwa sababu takwimu haziwa-support, bali mnalazimisha.
Pigeni propaganda mtafanikiwa, only if the other side will be sleeping. The trend-so far- supports your view. Ila msitumie takwimu za Tume ya Warioba kuhalalisha hilo. Takwimu haziwaungi mkono.

Kuhusu, rasimu ya CCM, mimi sijaiona, kwa hiyo siwezi ku-base on what you two are telling me, mpaka hiyo rasimu iwakilishwe na iwekwe wazi.

Mengineyo ni siasa tu, na ninausoma huu uzi nikitingisha kichwa jinsi mnavyohamia kwenye taarab.

Maswali aliyoyatolea ufafanuzi yanahusu takwimu walizozitumia, kero za Muungano, usaliti anaodaiwa kuufanya kuhusu muundo wa Muungano, gharama za kuendesha serikali tatu na tahadhari kwa jeshi kutumiwa kisiasa. Ni dakika 45 tu akihojiwa na ITV, karibuni.


Kuanzia dakika 20 mpaka 21, angalia vizuri uje utambia Jaji Warioba anamaanisha nini?

1. Anamaanisha nini anaposema hili la takwimu tuliache.
2. Anamaanisha nini anaposema hayo ya gharama tuyaache?

Ni kwa sababu maamuzi ya S3 ni purely based on hoja kuwa Bara wamevaa koti la muungano, na Zanzibar wana uhuru kamili.
Bara kweli wamevaa koti la muungano na solution yake ni sisi wote tuwe nchi moja. Zanzibar kama wana uhuru kama mnavyodai, mnasemaje kuhusu hii issue ya India (mmaana naona mpaka bendera ya India kwenye mikutano ya UKAWA).
Na wanasemaje kuhusu Zanzibar kulalamika kuwa wamepoteza nguvu waliyokuwa nao zamani? Maana tunaona wakitupia picha za Karume na Nyerere wakikagua gwaride la muungano pamoja, ilhali Shein alikuwa jukwaani wakati Kikwete anakagua gwaride juzi.
Kwanini ameruka uhusishwaji wa takwimu? Mimi naona mnakimvbia hoja tu!

*Serikali mbili zilizoboreshwa zinatatua vipi kero za miaka 50? Nimejadili awali kwamba serikali mbili kinachofanya ni "kuboresha kero", sio "kutatua kero", nini mtazamo wako dhidi ya hoja zangu kwamba rasimu ya migiro na chenge itaua muungano, nini hoja zako mbadala.

Ujue tu kwamba mtu mwenye akili timamu hawezi kusema alikuwa ikulu akaondoka, especially kama anajulikana rasmi humu kama ni nani. Katafiti huko uje na jibu, nimekupa details.

Jibu maswali hapo juu kuhusu rasimu ya migiro ambayo umekiri kwamba ipo.

Katika dunia kuna watu ni vituko huyu Mchambuzi ni mmoja katika vituko hivyo; hivi inakuingia akilini kwamba Mchambuzi yupo hapa kupayuka kwa minajili ya kutetea watanzania wa kawaida?? Hawa watu waliingia kwa malengo yao kutwa kucha na mashati ya kijani lakini walikuwa na azma tofauti; baada ya chama na serikali yake walipowang`amua ndipo walipokimbia watu hawa walikuwa sumu ndani ya CCM; sasa wamebaki kama wajaa laana ni kupayuka payuka; leo amegeuka mpigania uhuru wa Tanganyika; haraka zake CCM tuliweza kumuweka Mzee Juma kuwa mwenyekiti wa UWT hivi kweli tungeshindwa kumfanya Mchambuzi kuwa mwenyekiti wa UWT Kagera?? CCM hatuihitaji vikaragosi tunahitaji wanachama wanaowatumikia wananchi.

Sorry, to me that was the best analogy, no pun intended.
And please don't cherry pick, nijbu concept ya wengi kutaka S3 kama mnavyodai kutumia rasimu kama ni kielelezo.
And the costs thing too, even though to me, the cost doesn't mean anything if more people want it.

Mimi kama mwanaCCM nasema hivi Asha Rose Migiro hana uwezo wa kutengeneza rasimu; rasimu ilijadiliwa kwa mapana na marefu; yaliyowasilishwa kwenye bunge la katiba ni maoni ya CCM kama taasisi na ndio sababu CCM haigopi mchakato kwenda kwa wananchi; kwasababu tunaamini kuna mengi sana yenye manufaa kwa wananchi ndani ya mapendekezo yetu; nyie kwa ubutu wa fikra hamna la kujadili zaidi ya muungano; CCM ni zaidi ya muungano tupo kwa ajili ya wananchi na tunaongoza kwa ridhaa yao!

Ni ajabu kumshambulia Warioba kukiwa hakuna karatasi mezani kuonyesha mnataka kufanya nini.
