Like I always say, your construction boom was between 2008 and 2014. At 2018, we are at the end of your construction boom. The towers that you posted are all towers that began construction between 2008 and 2014. Remove those years and Dar has no tower over 30 floors.
Meanwhile Nairobi's construction is always constant - no booms. It's only in the 1990s and early 2000s when nothing was going on in Nairobi but all the other years from independence Nairobi has always had constant construction. While you brag about those 9 towers topped out (Actually 8, LAPF is 27 floors high) that are the only towers complete and UC over 30 floors in Dar, Nairobi has the following:-
Complete:-
Times Tower (33 floors)
Britam Tower (31 floors)
UAP (33 floors)
Prism (34 floors)
U/C:-
Montave - 2 (30 & 40 floors)
Pinnacle - 2 (45 & 70 floors)
Nairobi Business Global Centre - 6 (43, 35, 30, 30, 30, 30, 30, 30 floors)
River Estate Housing - 8 (34 floors each)
CBK Pension House (30 floors)
That's a total of 23 towers for you.
