Why are you bongolalas raging and frothing here over Kenya's matter!? Dar's BRT layout or system need not be the encyclopedia of BRTs to be replicated in Nairobi. If the Nairobi initiative as a stop gap measure serves the purpose why not? We call that local solutions to local problems.
Kenya is not only way ahead of you in many things but also in PRAGMATISM!

Acha ulongo. Ulaya gani ina BRT kama hiyo.
Kama mnataka kujifunza BRT nendeni Latin America where it was originated.

Kwa PRAGMATISM, Anzia huyo Engineer bandia mwenzako, Amejaa Masomo Nadharia ajaza kwa kichwa

Tembea uone

Nimeona similar set up in Malaysia, Thailand, no dedicated infrastructure built for these buses, only line enough, what needed is discipline of users

Nitakuonesha ya ilivyokuwa caged. Yenyewe imefungwa lane yoote.

Now that our BRT is more swanky on a super highway and more pretty, the harlots are rattling like snakes
TUMEWASHIKA!!!!Now lets see mtakua mkisema nini oooh brt oooh brt,
Suit yourselves!

They thought BRT is rocket science! It's a mere dedicated lane for pax buses that any wide enough road can accommodate. Let the snakes rattle, The myth that BRT is some sort of of space age technology is busted!

Unless hujatembea. In many cities mere dedicated marked lanes for buses form their brt systems. Even city trams share lanes with ordinary traffic. It's the mindset of users my friend and not some sort of traffic apartheid!
