Ni kawaida sana haa kwa rubani mgeni, kutojua vipimo vya ujwanja, ground settings and kunapotokea change in wind direction or strength. Iko dunia nzima hiyo ni salama sana

Nijuavyo mimi ni kwamba pilot hata akiwa mgeni namna gani, huwa hawezi kufanya kosa la aibu namna hii!
Kumbuka kuna kitabu kinachoitwa AIP ambacho ni lazima pilot mgeni akisome kabla ya kwenda kwenye kiwanja cha ugenini, na pia kuna Briefing Office kwenye viwanja vyote vikubwa ambapo ni lazima kila Pilot aingie hapo kupata maelekezo ya anapoenda ikiwa ni pamoja na kupewa weather report na kufile flight plan.
Anyway, percentage fulani ya error inaruhusiwa kwa binadamu yeyote.

Pia kama speed aliyotua nayo haimruhusu kusimama huwa anapaa tena, landing speed in 250 kph, zaidi ya hapo runway haitoshi, na runway ya DIA siyo ndefu sana ikilinganishwa na runway zingine duniani.
 
Nahisi speed ilikuwa kali. Ila kumbuka (usiache kupanda ndege lakini) asilimia 90 ya ajali za ndege ni wakati wa kupaa au kutua. Viwanja vingine ukichelewa kutua unapigwa faini kwa kusababisha foleni. Kuna siku nilikuwa naenda mahali na airbus tuliwahi ilibidi tupihe misele angani kwanza ila hawakurudia round ya viburudisho
 
Mada nimeiona very late.
Kwa ujumla wachangiaji hasa Pakajimmy anajua nini anachozungumza. Nadhani ni rubani.

Afadhali tumekua pamoja mkuu, hapo kwenye red nadhani hata kama ni ndege ya raisi huyo rubani wa raisi nae si anawasiliana na watu wa contol? kiasi kwamba wanaweza kuwasiliana na ndege nyingine isitue kabla ya kufikia hicho kiwango tunachoelezwa na mleta mada, any way kuna makosa ya kibinadam huenda kuna mtu hakufanya kazi yake ipasavyo.

Hapo kwenye blue tuko pamoja mkuu.

All in all, wote tunajaribu tu kukisia ni kitu gani kilisababisha tukio hilo ambalo bado naliita sio la kawaida litokee!!!...

Mimi nilipanda Quntas Boeing 747 Hongkong-Brisane kupitia Manila. Pale Manila ndege ikitua ilikanyaga runway na baadaye kupaa papo hapo! Tuliambiwa kulikuwa na foreign object 400 meters away na ikalazimisha kurudi hewani. Tulishuka baadaye after 2 hours
