kama pilipili kichaa au mbuzi iliyovuna wakati wa kiangazi ukila kumi kwa siku lazima utapata madhara flani hivi....lakini kama ni pilipili hoho iyo hata ukila 20...kwa mlo mmoja haina madhara.
