I have been observing all the hell going around in the transfer window particularly in Barcelona and I am indeed saddened by our board's way of handling the transfers.

Just imagine a team like Barcelona having such a blind and disgraceful board of directors and as a barca fan i am sure these guys are not doing their work right. Before even Neymar departed barca already had some heavy tasks to perform in the transfer market and of course this should have started since last summer when Danny Alves was set to leave the club and now with neymar's departure things have become more complicated .

I am not saying that the signings we've made so far are bad but my point is that are not enough to have a strong and competitive team in Europe. Just imagine how can we call ourselves "mes que en club" when we have ragged on our rivals from Spain for three different seasons and two in a row. For two last seasons we have been unable to reach the semifinals of UEFA where as our rivals have.

If this club had a very ambitious board and a focusing one I believe that the presence of a golden generation of Messi ,Pique and Iniesta would have been something enough to motivate them build a strong squad around these la masia talented graduates than anything would.

The club stands to be a club with most trophies in Europe but it seems that the board is blind to see that ⅓ of these trophies have been collected in only one decade and that decade is a messi's ,iniesta's and Pique's era while the club has almost 118 years but her most beautiful success has come in only one decade.

Barcelona's board has to understand that football has now become a very big brand of business embraced by collecting major titles unless you win UCL or you be looked down on. Today we see PSG spending millions on building the squad and we underestimate them but trust me not long from now PSG may shock the world with back to back UCL like Madrid has done.

Any way who would have thought that barca under pep guardiola would have done what he did??the answer is "only La Porta and Johan Cruyff knew".

If FCB board is not careful Barcelona will live in a shadow of her own success in many years to come, and when they will be fighting hard to reach the success of her own parameters they will realise that the heights are so high to hit a mark and the only ladder to take them there was this golden generation of la masia whose strength is fading gradually as they fail to utilise the best in them.

Yaani kwamba hivi bora timu ifutwe isiwepo kabisa kuliko kututia aibu za kijinga na kujitakia namna hii.

Kosa lilianza pale ambapo uongozi uliacha kuwaamini Lamasia graduates. Mara wakawa wanauzwa hovyo hovyo badala ya kupewa airtime za kucheza.

Lamasia Academy ndiyo uti wa mgongo wa timu kubwa. Kwa mjibu wa Johan Cryful "hakuna timu ya Barcelona bila Lamasia Academy".

Nina mashaka na huyu Rais (Bartomeo) aliyepo sasa, huenda alipandikizwa/alikuja na malengo mficho ya KUITEKETEZA BARCA NA LAMASIA ACADEMY", siyo bure.

Haiwezekani team imeanza kuyumba tangu alipoondoka Xavi, akaondoka Dani Alves na sasa Neymar alafu hakuna mikakati endelevu ya kuhakikisha kwamba timu inabakia kuwa bora.

Na cha ajabu nikuwa siyo kwamba mbadala wa wachezaji hao ulikuwa hakuna, lahasha kwa sababu tulikuwa na Thiago Alcantara (little Xavi) lakini aliuzwa, Tulikuwa na Bellerrin nae aliuzwa na wengine kibao tu. Alafu baadae huko walipofanya powa unataka warudi??? Inakuwa ngumu kwa 7bu moyo wa kuipenda timu kama walivyokuwa wamefundishwa unakuwa haupo tena.

Matokeo yake team imekufa na Akademi ya Lamasia nayo hoi. Unafikiri tutaponea wapi sasa kwa mfano kama siyo kufanya usajili wa maana kufukia mashimo ambayo kimsingi yalikuwa wazi kabisa toka karibu misimu miwili iliyopita.

Sasa walikua wanafanya nini miezi mitatu yote?? yaani watu wa nje tunaona mapungufu na uhitaji wa kufanya hiki na kile alafu huyu mzee na bodi yake wako wanauza karanga tu!!!
Yaani kama sisi tuna hasira hivi sijui wale wakatolonia 90,000 na ushee wanaonunua tiketi za msimu wanajisikiaje kwa udwanzi wa hii bodi ya kichoko. Sijawai ona kama kuna agenda ya siri hivi.

AUGUSTI BENEDICTO LAUNCHES VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE AGAINST BARCA BOARD The former presidential candidate visited the Camp Nou this Friday morning to pick up the relevant papers for collecting signatures, 16,000 of which are needed. Already there has been a lot of talk about this motion and promotion of the idea on social media, but now the task of physically collecting the necessary signatures begins and Benedito's team will aim to secure them at the next few Barcelona home matches, specifically those against Espanyol, Juventus and Eibar.

"Bartomeu should resign, as he's out of control," Benedito said as he left the stadium's offices. "We are looking at a very important institutional crisis."

In order to actually force Bartomeu to step down, the motion would need to be signed off on by 16,000 members and then there would need to be 66 percent support at the actual vote of no confidence. Yet Benedito is confident that he can reach those numbers, suggesting there are between 40,000 and 50,000 sharing his viewpoint of disgruntlement.
