Mm sasahiv mkuu ni mpishi (chef) hoteli moja hapa mjini magharibi kwenye pastry na bakery. Soon pia nitaenda kuongeza elimu ili niwez kukaa na hot kitchen. Mambo ya kukesha usku na kirungu nilishaacha. Kwa nn usije mwenyew mana zanzibar makampuni y ulinz ya kukulipa 250 yapo na mengine yanakupa na makazi

I opened a small beachfront a year ago in Kilimajuu, Matemwe and now I am looking for a reliable Chef with experience in advanced cooking techniques and seafood grilling.

What are the main duties?
  • Prepare high quality dishes
  • Ensure meals are prepared on time
  • Process fish and seafood
  • Keep contact with the local fishermen
  • Monitor food stock and place orders
  • Keep cleaniness in the kitchen
  • Oversee the maintenance of the kitchen

To be a successful Chef, you should be a good communicator (English is a must) with the ability to produce good quality foods at all sections. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Bar Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Location: Kilimajuu, Matemwe
Working hours: 6 days in a week, sunday off
