We are Mom easy company located at Nyerere Road, Azania plaza. We require the service of qualified young person to fill up the position of Sales Officers
This job requires an individual to have strong persuasion skills, communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage time, must have a flair for selling, must be a team player with a positive attitude and must be open to travel.
The position also needs a candidate who is able to start the workday early in the morning and work 6 days every week.
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships
• Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems
• Oversee the process involved in closing business transactions with customers
• Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
• Maintain and update sales reports, budgets and forecasts
• Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends
• Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
Requirement and skills
• Diploma or Graduate candidates, preferably in sales, marketing, business administration or other related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in selling
• Strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of local real estate and strong negotiation and problem solving skills

• Organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
• Ability to priorities own workload. Experience more than 3 yrs of conducting sales activities in supermarkets, Pharmacy, Hospitals, baby shops etc .
SALARY SCALE; 400000-500000TSH.
