REPORTING TO: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
• Prepare and serve mocktails, smoothie and other non-alcoholic
beverages
• Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest
trends
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and
efficient manner
• Monitor stock levels and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
• Prepare orders quickly and efficiently
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
• Observe relevant health and safety standards
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Qualification.
• Certificate or diploma in hotel management
• Basic Barista training related to coffee and non-beverages
• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee
beverages, grinding processes, and flavor differences.
