First things first, you do not know that out of all the planets and starrs across the universe, Earth is the only planet with life.

The fact that you have not found life on any other planet does not mean there is no life out there.

Out of all those planets and start systems, how many have we even explored?

Also, the statement that life is the center/ source of everything is not true. The universe can continue without life. In fact the non-living part of the universe is far greater than the living part by all discernible evidence.

Moreover, there is so much that we do not know about the universe. It is entirely possible that there are some things out there that are greater and more complex than life as the living world is more complex than the non living world.

You are just applying the anthropic bias.

It is entirely possible that you are like a child who lives in a world with no video, everything is limited to photos, and you think photos are the greatest things in the world, just because you do not know high resolution videos that carry audio too.
