Does it matter? Depends on how you look at it. If you insinuate you hate someone's guts but then can't stop throwing backhanded jabs at him then obviously it matters to you. Otherwise if you think that person is such insignificant you wouldn't even attempt to fill up the bandwidth with comments aimed at disparaging him.
