Stop your stupidity, how many times did they manage to cross border to Tanzania?. Terrorist attacked WTC in New York once, does it enough to say USA army is weak?.

If an enemy attacks the country by surprise like what happen in WTC and in Mtwara, it is the responsibility of any strong army to send the message by retaliation and make sure that, thant incident can't happen again, that is exactly what USA and Tanzania did following terror attacks in these countries.
