lakini ni vizuri kuzingatia haya:

1. Maintain appropriate walls and windows. Keep the windows open at home. Put up privacy walls with others who could threaten your marriage.

Invite your partner to join in your correspondence so your Internet friend won't get any wrong ideas. Don't exchange sexual fantasies online.

7. Make sure your social network is supportive of your marriage. Surround yourself with friends who are happily married and who don't believe in fooling around.

I always wonder, blogging, video games etc, were they recommended by GOD??

Try this one... Unajua by then Adam had no choice except Eva?? na hakukua na picha, email, mobile phones shule etc. so it was easy kusepa infii but siku hizi mambo yamekua balaa... everything ni plenty na dawa ni kushare na ukenjoy so prevention ya infii is somehow next to impossible

Hivi unadhani adam angekua na ngoma nyingine kama tatu hivi angefanyaje?
