HAPANA,HATA SIO KUMUHARIBIA,TENA UKIWEZA MCHANE HAPOHAPO TU WAZI OFISINI MBELE YA WATU WOTE.

WATU KAMA HAO,HUWA NINAWACHANA NA HUDUMA NAPATA,HANA LA KUKUFANYA.
TENA UNGETAJA HADI OFISI YAKE ILIPO.

Za kazi sio? Kwamba ana wateja wengi? Au unamaanisha mimi ndo mwenye frustrations?
Possibly workload, inadequate staffing na pia too much customer expectation, na pia Kuna customers wanao mistreat staff, Hizo ndyo repercussions zinazojitokeza, Mbona kwenye private sector hamlalamikii hivyo? ingawa kunakuwa na same issues

Heshima kwenu Wakuu,

Nimekwazika sana, mara ya 2 mtu unaenda kitengo flani kutaka huduma na maelekezo vizuri namna ya kufanikisha jambo lakini majibu unayopewa ni ya mkato na dharau imetamalaki.. yani sijawahi onyeshwa nyodo za hivi ata na mwanamke tokea nizaliwe.

Huyo jamaa siku ya kwanza naenda ofisini nikakuta foleni, ilikua unasikia mwezako anavojibiwa na sio mimi pekee wote ata wa mbele yangu mwendo ni ule ule majibu yake short yasiyojitosheleza.

Imefika zamu yangu, namsalimia Habari ya kazi bro, kanyanyua kichwa na kujibu 'ehee??' Basi nikaanza kujieleza shida yangu napokwama napohitaji msaada, aisee jamaaa akanichana "nenda kwenye point acha maelezo mengi".

Kwani ukimjibu mtu vizuri unapungukiwa nn? Nakukumbusha tu mshahara unaolipwa ni kutokana na kodi zetu iweje hau heshimu walipa kodi?? Kiumri ni braza makadirio umenizidi miaka 4 au 5 apo ila heshima ni bure mzee.

Still thats not an excuse to act rudely and obnoxious, cant really get your point of being defensive! U must be using that foul mouth too to disregard this matter that easily.
 
Upbringing mbovu tuu, hata ukiwa trained by whoever hakuna, ni kama vile baada ya watu wengine kuelimika, masalia yote ya mapungufu yalimwagwa Africa na kwa bahati mbaya hata hatulijui hilo.

Ni bora ukataja kila kitu ili pimbi ajulikane, taja wajihi wake sema kila kitu then mie nitajitolea kwenda kumpiga picha ili bosi wake apate kila kitu.
