[TOP STORY] Tanzania, China, and Zambia have signed an important agreement to upgrade the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) in Beijing. The ceremony, which took place at the Great Hall of the People, was attended by Presidents Samia Suluhu Hassan of Tanzania, Xi Jinping of China, and Hakainde Hichilema of Zambia. The agreement aims to improve the railway's capacity, efficiency, and reliability, thus strengthening regional transportation infrastructure.
