Hehehe!! Huwa nafurahi mnavyotumia nguvu nyingi kutetea kila kauli anayoibuka nayo mkulu wenu, huyo Teargass yuko sahihi sema unakua mbishi tu.
Hata nikitumia mfano uliotolea wa system designs, kwenye data structures, validation and algorithms kuna kitu huwa tunaita "white or black listing", hii huwa tunatumia pale hauna uhakika wa aina ya data unazopokea, kama hazipo defined moja kwa moja.

You're too quick to type a response without involving your brains, repeat again and read what that guy wrote, specifically try to ingest the following words "comprehensive and conclusive investigation".

So according to your statement the problem was lab technicians and not test kits, alright?

These people are very funny. They don't know what to base their argument on. They are not sure whether to blame the test kits or lab technicians.

The speech was done specifically to silence them from asking why results are not being announced regularly and to stop anyone questioning the inefficiency of the government at handling this pandemic, the narrative has changed, caused confusion and now no more blame is leveled at government, people have turned their anger at whites and so called beberus, it's very easy to rule Tanzanians.....hehehehe
