Hahahahaha, borrowing to buy involves paying money for instalment with intention to own it in the future. You pay the price of the item plus interest actually this requires some money to pay more money monthly than leasing, while leasing you just pay fees. Both need monthly payments, that's why is very difficult to make profit if you have to deduct a lot of money monthly to service any type of loan.
