From the 25th to the 28th of May, the African Union will host two extraordinary summits in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea:

The Extraordinary Humanitarian Summit and Pledging Conference and the Extraordinary Summit on Unconstitutional Changes of Governments in Africa.


The Summits and all related events will take place in the Conference Centre of Sipopo. The opening and closing ceremonies will be held in the main Plenary Hall of the Centre and will be open to all delegates and accredited media.


The Summits will run for two consecutive days with the participation of ministers, and Heads of States and Governments, among others.

The order of the Summits and preparatory meetings is as follows:
  1. Meeting of the Executive Council on 25th May;
  2. The Extraordinary Humanitarian Summit and Pledging Conference on 27th May; and
  3. The Extraordinary Summit on Terrorism and Unconstitutional Changes in Africa on 28th
The Executive Council meeting will consider the agenda of the Extraordinary Humanitarian Summit and Pledging Conference & the Extraordinary Summit on Terrorism and Unconstitutional Changes.

The Executive Council is expected to consider the Assembly Declaration of the Extraordinary Summit and Pledging Conference as well as the Malabo Declaration on Terrorism and Unconstitutional Changes of Government in Africa.


During the session of the Executive Council, the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Moussa Faki Mahamat, will present the Commission Reports on the Prevention and Combating of Terrorism and Violent Extremism and on Unconstitutional Changes of Government in Africa.


The session on Terrorism and UCG will assess these persistent threats, evaluate current response mechanisms, and decide on the specific actions and measures necessary to strengthen the collective security of Member States facing terrorism and violent extremism, Furthermore, the Summit will discuss actionable measures needed to stem their upsurge on the continent.


Among other issues, the Assembly will also consider the recommendations in the Accra Declaration on Unconstitutional Changes of Government in Africa emanating from the AU Reflection Forum, held on 15-17 March 2022 in Accra, Ghana.


The Extraordinary AU Humanitarian Summit and Pledging Conference will deliberate efforts by African leaders to address the current humanitarian challenges that Africa is facing, and that are exacerbated by the socio-economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and disasters across the continent, identify durable solutions to address the current humanitarian challenges especially of humanitarian financing and those that contribute to post-conflict recovery, peace and development.


Expected outcomes for the two summits will be as follows:
  1. a) Pledges and commitments to the Continental Humanitarian situation;
  2. b) Assembly Declaration on the Extraordinary Humanitarian Summit and Pledging Conference; and
  3. c) Assembly Declaration on Terrorism and Change Unconstitutional Government

Na Pia katika shughuli zingine za kidiplomasia, ndani ya nchi kama tulivyokwishazowea. kumuona.

Mara ya mwisho hadharani, kama sikosei ilikuwa ni kwenye ziara ya Rais Samia kwenda kuhutubia Baraza la umoja wa Mataifa nchini Marekani.

Huyu ni Waziri wa Mambo ya Nje na Ushirikiano wa Kimataifa nchini Tanzania.

Kidiplomasia anawajibika kuwepo kwenye shughuli zote za Kiserikali, zinazohusiana na Diplomasia na mahusiano ya kimataifa. Pale anapokuwepo Rais kwenye ziara za nje ya nchi.

Hata huyo JK...kilichompatia uzoefu na hadi kuwaaminisha watanzania kwamba angeweza kuongoza nchi hii.
Alianzia huko huko kwenye ziara za Mzee Mkapa (R.I.P).

Liberata Mulamula alianza kwa kasi na kuwa na vyombo vya habari mara nyingi,akiitolea taarifa mbalimbali Serikali kupitia Wizara yake na matukio husika.

Lakini kuanzia kwenye Royal Tour, hatukumuona tena na badala yake tulimuona Bwana Hassan Abbas na wengineo akiwemo Zuhura Yunus.

Hali imeendelea hivyo na hata ziara zilizofuatia hivi karibuni.
ikiwemo ya Uganda na sasa huko Ghana.

Ni mzee Ila ana Haiba,amekaa ki internationally...anavyovaa,anavyotembea,Ila kuongea kidogo kunamuangusha.
 
Wakati mwingine diplomat na politician wanaweza kuwa watu tofauti sana. Jana umesikia kuwa diplomat mmoja wa Urusi kwenye taasisi moja ya umoja wa mataifa amejizuru wadhifa huo kwa sababu asiengeweza kufanya kazi ya propaganda za politician.
Nahisi hata huyu inaweza kuwa d same like, mimi nasikitika walipomtoa ile nafasi wakidhani akija alipo atafanya vizuri kumbe siyo.

Leo binadam wengi wanampiga mawe.
