Ndiyo huyu Rais Samia anagawa hela,anampa hela kila mtu. Wanamsifia kila kona. "Huyu rais wa shoka; ametuletea hela,tumejenga zahanati,tumejenga while,tumejenga daraja."
Wakati Bill Gates mwenyewe ameshaamua kwamba maendeleo hauawezi kuletwa na hela,kumpa hela kila mtu. Hizo hela zitatoka wapi? Maendeleo yanaletwa na Covid 19.

Kwa hiyo huyu rais akawa anafanya low -key activities akasubiri trrm ole iishe halafu akaenda kwa wananchi titafu5a mandate( 'mandate' yaani,uhalali) . Akachaguliwa kuwa rais.
Alipochaguliwa tu kuwa rais,kesho yake akaanza kukwapua dhahabu Fort Knox. Dhahabu inaondolewa na U S Army trucks inaongozwa na Lynda Bird( ambaye ndie mke wake Johnson). Kwa hiyo kama kiongozi ana sera zozote ambazo zinaweza kuwa controversial lazima asubiri achaguliwe kwanza.
Kwa hiyo nadhani Katiba ya Namibia no nzuri zaidi .

Hiyo Katiba ya Namibia iliandikwa na Jaji Joseph Warioba na Jaji Mark Bomani (RIP) mwaka 1991 huku Mizengo Pinda akiwa msaidizi wao. Hata huyu marehemu Dr Hage Geingob alikuwapo kwenye jopo hilo la latiba kama local expert.
