Lakini uhalisia ni kwamba wabunge sio independent people, lazima wawe in toe na party lines.

Kuna hoja za majimboni kwao wanaruhusiwa kujiachia, kuna maamuzi ya serikali wabunge wa chama tawala wanatakiwa kuyabariki.

Ndio maana House of Representatives zote duniani zina (whips) wa chama ndani ya house/s of representatives kuhakikisha wawakilishi wao wanakuwa in toe na maamuzi ya serikali yale ambayo serikali inataka yapite.

Bunge for the most part ni kiini macho sio Tanzania tu, hizo ni taratibu za siasa duniani.

Hao watu unaowaongelea maamuzi yao ni kutokana government decision au poor supervision ya government.

Wanaingia bungeni na wenyewe ni wabunge; Iła nafasi zao ni za kiserikali. Wanawajibika kama sehemu ya serikali lakini si kwa sababu ya ubunge.

Ndio maana hata wanapojiuzulu nafasi za serikali bado wanabaki kuwa wabunge.

Hili ni jibu la vyombo kukolea, hakuna sehemu nilipomtaja Trump.

Nilichozungumzia ni mantiki ya siasa za ‘whipping’ na kwanini house of representatives zinakuwa na chief whips; sio US specifically bali duniani. Hata wabunge ni representatives and they are managed.

Sasa kuwalaumu wabunge kwa maamuzi ya serikali ambayo ni unpopular ni kuwaonea maana mengine wanalazimishwa kuunga mkono (that’s how part politics work) adhabu yao ni kutowachagua kipindi kijcho na chama (thats what democracy is all about) lakini kusherekea ajali zao huko ni kukosa utu.
