Mfano mdogo tunao at UTD, Jadon Sancho flopped there, kosa ni la nani? Manager or Uongozi? can you fault uongozi hapa? uongozi umekuletea one of the biggest talents in Europe, tena siyo kwa pesa ndogo, (Yeah, utalaumu uongozi kwa kuwa reckless kwenye ku-spend), but talent kama Sancho ina-flop vipi? Poch is struggling with TALENTS like Caicedo & Enzo kwenye his MF, ana Gallagher pia on top of that (ushawahi kufikiria presence ya Gallagher under Klopp?) Ten Hag & Poch wanaweza kuwa na valid reasons why wana-struggle ku-implement their styles/mifumo kwa hawa youngster (Suala la Profiling) but huwezi kuona excuses zozote kwa kina Pep, Klopp, Carlo etc, hatusemi kuwa hawajawahi kuwa na flops kwenye their teams, but huwa wana-take responsibilty, because ni DUTY yao ku-make sure players walionao wanafanikiwa ku-deliver under their watch.

Baada ya ule msimu wa 22/23, (last season), shabiki gani aliamini kuwa we wouldve challenged this season?

Au, tunataka tuanze kudanganyana? nani aliyekuwa ana expect kuwa tungeweza kwenda toe to toe na Man City/Arsenal mpaka April? kwa kipi tulichokuwa nacho? new faces kwenye MF? au big injuries kwa team?

This was supposed to be our transitional season, we needed a rebuild, kuondoa old faces/legs na kuleta watu wapya.

Fabinho left, Hendo left, Milner left, Ox left, Keita left, Firmino left, kwa haraka, ukiondoa Ox & Keita, ndani ya dirisha la usajili moja tuliondokewa na FOUR firsr teamers, was it necessary? Yes tena big yes, we needed a change, so we went on to buy FOUR new MFs (ALEXIS, SZOBO, ENDO, RYAN), we wanted to bring in a CB but funds hazikutosha, so tukaona tuanze kwanza na upande wa MF, maana ndiyo engine ya team (wewe ni mtu wa mpira, unajua effect za kuondoa first teamers ndani ya 1 TW)

So, tukaanza new season na new MF kabisa, tukitegemea kuwa Curtis, Harvey & Thiago watasaidia kidogo katika kuwa-ease in hawa wapya, at the same time, hatukugusa upande wa Backline bacause hatukuwa na funds, so we had to approach new season with VVD, 2 injury prone CBs (Konate & Matip), pamoja na a youngster, Quansah.

Meanwhile, City lost Gundogan and signed Kovacic & Nunes, hawakuwa na gaps kubwa kwenye their backline but they managed to sign Josko, sisi ambao tulikuwa na gaps kubwa kwenye our backline, tulishindwa kufanya hivyo kwasababu ya limited funds.

Arsenal paid maxmum fee for a World Class MF.

We missed out on Caicedo & Lavia, and had to settle for Wataru Endo, (a very good squad player), but History imetufundisha nini LFC fans? kuwa hata Klopp mwenyewe alianza ku-challenge ipasavyo kwenye league baada ya kupata signature ya Fabio Henrique Tavarez (Fabinho), sasa mpaka kufikia April, we were going toe to toe na Clubs zenye Rodri & Rice kama anchors kwenye MFs zao, sisi tukiwa na Endo au sometimes Alexis at 6, who DOES that?

What about Gakpo baada ya ile spurs game? kuna muda karibia first teamers wote walikuwa out with injuries, ni VVD, Diaz na Alexis wamekuwa fortunate na injuries msimu huu.

But, Klopp managed to challenge, fatigue ni lazima ingetupata tu kwenye run-in, na unajua effects za fatigue & injury riden season inavyokuwa. how can you blame the manager for over-achieving? tatizo la kuanzia late march/april ilikuwa ni kushindwa ku-sustain possession/pressure, na utafanya hivyo kwa kuwa na players ambao wapo kwenye their "last" legs? na wapya wanaorudi kutoka majeruhi, wanahitaji time ya kurudisha their forms? tena wengi wakiwa kwenye pain killers? why Szobo ameshindwa kurudisha form yake ya kabla ya December? why Salah ameshindwa kurudisha form yake kabla ya January? Why Endo alianza ku-struggle baada ya injury yake ya EFL cup final?, why Jones ameshindwa kurudisha form yake baada ya injury? ni kwasababu they needed time, we rushed them back kwasababu tulikuwa tunawahitaji sana, hence we had to use pain killers/injections kwa baadhi ya players, hizi injuries ilikuwa ni lazima zije kutuharibia mahesabu in the long run, tulishindwa/fail ku-manage our fitness rotations kipindi cha Jan-feb, kwasababu ya injuries. you cant blame the manager for this.
