Umekosea bro.Maisha ni magumu sana kwa sasa.Sidhani kama mamantilie,Bodaboda,wanafunzi wa vyuo vikuu na wafanyakazi wa kima cha chini walikuwa ni wapigadili.
Kwa wafanyakazi lazima ujue kwamba mishahara yao ni midogo na walikuwa wakitegemea zaidi posho za muda wa ziada au safari kujiongezea kipato.Wapiga dili kwa sasa wanakula akiba wala hawana shida.Fikiria kwa mfano mpigadili wa Escrow unadhani alijiwekea akiba kiasi gani?.Huyu kwa sasa maisha kwake ni tambarare.

Inakuwaje pale ambapo traffick mpya yeye mwenyewe ajui sheria za barabarani si lazima tujiulize huko chuoni walimu wanaanda training sahihi kweli. Kesho raisi anaweza kutana na wageni ajibu vile kweli.
 
Viongozi wote walopita walisema hivyo hivyo wanaitakia mema na wataleta maendeleo nchini. Mwisho wa siku maendeleo huwa kwa familia zao na wanachi wapo na serekali ya hatamu ya tano na tamaa ileile kama fisi.

Unanipa picha kama traffic ana nuvuta nipite halafu na upande wa pili anavuta magari mengine yapite ndio tukutate katikati. Duh sina imani kwamba rais wangu hazifahamu sheria ya nchi hii, kuna Rais na Urais, hivyo ni vyombo vikubwa sana na vinavyo juwa sheria.

Msemo wa kiingereza niupendao 'its only easy if you know it'

Nenda ka google maana ya competency based frameworks za kazi. Utakutana na vitu ambavyo wenzako wanatarajia kutokana na position ya mtu holistic iwe nafasi yoyote, wakiona kuna mapungufu ujue wanakujenga huko.

Obama awezi kukauka maneno wala awezi kushindwa tetea matendo yake with political, legal justification or behave anything other than he is expected by the ppl of united states of america.

Nikikwambia watu wana assess they do that na wanaweza pata mpaka picha ya uwezo wa watu walionyuma ya raisi kutokana conduct za raisi publicly you know why kwa sababu wapo responsible kwenye ku design training programme kutokana na assessment zao za mapungufu; mpaka leo raisi bado anamajibu ya ovyo one year in the job (that should tell you something about his mentors).

As far as i know, any humans will have a good day and bad day. Obama ana siku zake nzuri na mabaya, one that comes to mind is when he told the press while in UK that if the country voted to leave EU, they will end up at the back of the queue when US when it comes the relationship with US. That was not a US policy towards its allies, he was caught off guard and the message was brushed off very quickly. Going back to Bush error, sometimes you couldn't even make sense what he was trying to say to the press. I'm not sure if your implying that President Magufuli was not briefed by his advisors before his press conference, or his not familiar with the law of the country. Being a minister for over 20 years, gives you an ample time to learn the system and it even gives you more time to know what needed to be changed.
 
You still don't get it the President himself declared he wasn't legal savvy during the same event.

And I dont expect him to possess the highest levels on his all round knowledge matter of fact very few people are in this world and that is understood (it is for this reasons presidents have technical aides as advisors).

The point I was making there are nearly 200 countries in the world each with its head of state, that is to say there is an expected worldly benchmarks on what the position entails and overall competences without going into their details when assessing people might scrutinise the following aspects: technical, behaviour, strategic (for presidents) and outcome expectations.

There are many shortfall when you listen to our president its pointless even to name them all, what is basic Magufuli lacks interpersonal skills it is for everyone to see particularly public communication (his choice of words) and humbleness/public demeanour.

Going back to the technical aspect like I said no one expects the president to grasp all the knowledge in the world regardless his action must be justifiable legally. Let me give your a simple example for instance if you go to the immigration office for a passport application you might be asked bring abc, and if you happen to wonder why? the person might explain to you because of this law you must provide this documents as affidavit to prove ur nationality. It does not mean the person knows all the immigration laws it is just a technical aspect which he must grasp in advising or being an immigration officer.

Similarly the president makes many decisions which might be interpreted and labelled differently either with negative or positive connotations depending on people levels of perception, no one expects him to be legally savvy or economic but at least be able to justify those acts technically when asked in public.

Based on those simple understanding from an external viewpoints one can detect missing skills of the person (incompetence's) given his position and expectations of the role.

As for ur Obama comparison I wont even respond to that it has nothing to do with my argument and out of topic, he was expressing their standpoint and partly a scaremonger tactic given the time it was spoken.
 
Your right, I'm still not getting the argument, is it his ability to answer questions, or ability to answer questions which pleases everybody (that can a tricky) maybe the body language, or his knowledge to the job. We might agree on this one, President A will not be similar to President B. But on the other hand we won't agree is the President doesn't know or understand his responsibility. The argument doesn't hold water to me, I mean if your unable to communicate with an ordinance it doesn't make you incompetence. You argue if he knows anything about economy or law, when he was standing on the podium he wasn't there to create new law or change economic policy. If people are really desperate to know the answers why can't they go and ask the right people, e.g. ministers or PS or directors within the ministries. I think there few people who have already made up their mind of how they feel about the President and nothing will make them change their mind's. (The scenarios of 'hata mkituwekea jiwe, sisi tutachaguwa jiwe tuu')

To me we have hit a communication barrier due to our differences in perception of the subject matter.

There are so many documents out there you could have read at least to be on the same page; either you agree or disagree at least brings the necessary logic in your argument. No one said people are the same or all leader use the same leadership style but that does not eliminate the general competences requirement of their positions.

Ngoja nikupe mfano this is what they mean when they speak of competences

Technical
Is sought out by others for advice and solutions on how to best interpret and use information

Ila raisi anapoongelea hoja watu wanaweza pima hizo competencies at speeches usidhanie unaweza kuwaambia watu korosho zimepanda bei kwa sababu ya sera nzuri za kodi wakati wakulima wengine bado wana struggle ina maana huo msamaha wa kodi uko kwenye korosho tu vitu vingine je (au kuna ushahidi gani).

To understand the argument inategemea na level yako ya technical ability kwenye hoja husika kama wewe unaona ni personal attacks fine. Lakini watu wanaweza pima uwezo na kasoro ya timu nzima iliyo kwa magufuli kwa kuangalia matendo yake publicly na speech zake based on expected competences at that level.

Mie kwa sasa wacha niendelee na kazi zangu za malipo kama uipati hoja nadhani unahitaji darasa kamili and aint no one got time for that; google has all the time in the world with a variety presentation to suit ya learning style ( there is a message if you can interpret as for me alamsiki)
