(3) “The validity or legality of this Constitution is not subject to challenge by or before any court or other State organ.”
The case currently taken to court challenges the validity and legality of constitution law 140 (3) Election date. If the Supreme Court extends the 60 days period set, then the Court can legally also extend the 14 days set for hearing a presidential petition, the 7 days for filing a presidential petition and other fixed dates in the Constitution.
Kenya Constitution further forbids any person or body establishing anything that will have the force of law in Kenya Constitution article 94 (5), “No person or body, other than Parliament, has the power to make provision having the force of law in Kenya except under authority conferred by this Constitution or by legislation.”

Hivi katiba ya Kenya inaruhusu 1)Rushwa, 2)Tribalism, 3)Police killings with impunity, 4)Vote irregularity and illigality?. Hivi kwanini kila kitu unataja Kenya constitution as if it is holy book like bible and Quran?.
One among useless constitution in Africa is your constitution, regardless how good it is. A useful constitution must address and give answers and solutions to people's problems and challenges, not to restrict people and leaders from taking action, apart from allowing election results to be challenged, what other positive things Kenya's constitution has done to help Kenyans?, people are being killed every day like flies and tribalism is getting worse but you keep on mentioning constitution daily.

Isn't it a fact...everyone knows that Kenya has one of the best constitutions in Africa. Your opinion doesn't invalidate the factNo body or a country claims that its constitution is the best apart from Kenya, we all know that our constitution are men made and must have some shortcomings which needs to be challenged and changed when necessary, but you always bragging that it is the best and untouchable.
My free advice to you Kenyans, you should go back to the drawing table and revisit your new constitution if really saves the purposes you expected, you should first identify your problems like tribalism, corruption, land ownership, then you should come with a constitution which is going to address unique challenges which face Kenya, for Kenya one man one vote system of voting needs to be upgraded.
But is fact too Kenya has the most useless constitution which can't help Kenyans, to prove this, already your Parliament in collaboration with Uhuru Kenyatta are starting making changes of constitution.Isn't it a fact...everyone knows that Kenya has one of the best constitutions in Africa.
