To change anything in the constitution you'll need a referendum... Naargue na mtu hajui anachokizungumzia...............to see a useless constitution look downside where a president can ban a newspaper directly
Better to ban newspapers rather than killing a father who tells the president truth, rather than trying to kill a judge of supreme court, rather than killing IT manager of IEBC, rather than going to invade Wanjiku home just because he supports and finance opposition, rather than attempting to change constitution in order to sweet ones in power, Kenya is a failed state with useless constitution which can't help tha country, only it addresses political problems
