wewe ndo hujaelewa nilichoandika,..nimesema msaada kutoka barrick kwa watunga sheria wetu ni tatizo kwa sasa,.barrick inalalamikiwa kila kona,..na sio barrick peke yao hata makampuni mengine ya madini yanalalamikiwa kwa kutunyonya kimapato,..tunawategemea wabunge wapitishe sheria za madini za kuwabana wasiendelee kutunyonya,sasa ukipokea misaada ya kijimbo kutoka kwao utatunga sheria gani???Msaada kwa our law makers una conflict of interest!hahahahhaa,kila jimbo lina mbunge, kwahiyo misaada ipelekwe wapi? Unamaanisha kweli unachoandika? Au hujaelewa mada!
Hii habari ni ya kweli kabisa. Huyo mwandishi (mtafiti) alinihoji na mie ndio niliweka wazi kuwa Barrick mwaka 2008 walinunua mabati kwa ajili ya shule ya Sekondari Mkabogo katika Jimbo la Kigoma Kaskazini. Sikuwahi kushika mkononi pesa hizo wala kushiriki kuamua zitumike namna gani. Niliamua hivyo kwa uwazi kabisa na ndio maana sikuwahi kuficha suala hilo na hata kuliweka wazi kwa mwanafunzi huyu ambaye alinihoji mwaka 2010.
Sijawahi kuwa kimya kabisa katika suala la sekta ya madini. Nilisimamia kuandikwa kwa sheria mpya na kuhakikisha inakuwa na maslahi kwa Watanzania. Nimekuwa mkali kutaka kampuni za madini kulipa mrahaba wa madini wa sasa kwa mujibu wa sheria mpya. Ukitembelea blog yangu utakuta hotuba zangu Bungeni zenye misimamo yangu ya wazi kabisa kuhusu sekta ya madini.
Nakaribisha mtu yeyote aende Jimboni kwangu, kijiji cha Mkabogo akafanya uchunguzi kuhusu msaada ule. Nipo tayari pia Halmashauri ya Wilaya waweke wazi account iliyopokea pesa hizo na kuweka matumizi yao wazi.
Mimi binafsi sijawahi kupokea msaada wowote binafsi kutoka kampuni ya Barrick. Siku zote nimekuwa na misimamo isiyoyumba kuhusu sekta ya madini na nimekuwa nikiwa engage sana Barrick ili Tanzania ifaidike na madini yake.
Hata hivi sasa ukienda kwenye blog yangu zittokabwe.com utakuta nimewasema Barrick kwa kutolipa kodi ya mapato. Niliwasema katika interview na huyo kijana kutoka Canada kuhusu jambo hilo na niliwasema katika mijadala ya vyuo vya elimu ya juu kuhusu madini.
Ninaamini makampuni yana jukumu la kusaidia jamii. Kwamba Barrick walisaidia ujenzi wa shule ya Sekondari Jimboni kwangu, Jimbo ambalo lipo nyuma sana kimaendeleo ni jambo la kushukuru na sioni tatizo lolote la kimaadili.
Imagine NSSF au CRDB waipe sponsorship JF in return kwamba threads zote za malalamishi dhidi ya serikali na utendaji wake zinatiwa kapuni...
Mwita25; hapo umepata deal, tunajua utalipwa vizuri tuu!!!!!! Ila kusema ukweli kama huyu ndg yetu alifadhiriwa na hao watu wa Barick, basi hakuna tena mzima wote iko gonjwa. Wapenda CDM hebu fuatielieni tujue ukweli tusipambane na dagaa kumbe makambale yanatesa tuu!!!!!!!Zitto kwa hili hawezi kutoka, mimi naifuatilia hii thread mpaka asubuhi. Its not that Zitto always lies and tells phony stories but thats who he is. People will say or the man seem to work for good things but I disagree completely. I am ready to pronounce Zitto as criminal as ccm mps.
If you are asking why most people in Tanzania always compare Zitto with ccm green color, the answer is well explained above. It's not complicate at all and I am not surprise if Zitto's role model is Sitta and Nape. If you listen to Zitto and watch all of the talk in parliament, you will mostly find out that Zitto is always try to benefit himself personally and not his party nor the country.
The issue isn't Kigoma is poor compared to other parts of country but if you already place Barrick as not fit in one area of the country (Barrick is corrupt company) how in the hell Barrick if good for Kigomans? You can't have both ways Zitto, this is hypocrite and Zitto you are good for this. There are truth to everything you do and people don't trust you and will never trust you. Most of us knows thats you are 'a mole' in dcm for your personal gains and not the people and we promise to keep pressure until something happen to your behavior. This is just a tip of ice, stiil a lotKeep it up!
The truth here is, the facts thats Zitto you are corrupt like many ccm mps. There's no way these companies were able to renegotiate these contracts without your involvement and not only that, most of us knows how ccm deals work and you got paid and when everything is done you go to parliament and dress a face clean politician. This is how kikwete is doing to Tanzanians, he goes oversea and discuss deals behind the people but when something break loose his reaction is num i.e. dowans, epa, uda, fuel import deals. This is not new to us and Zitto knew all along what happened and still happening in ikulu and our gov. The people of Kigoma already found out how corrupt you are and you will never hide behind phony deals, a criminal is always a criminal
The self proclaim leader Zitto was placed as head of parliament committee by the same people in ccm, why so? Why Zitto always try to work alone in parliament without discussing with cdm leadership? The facts are open and Zitto is still working with ccm behind the door, doom time is near. Tanzania isn't kikwete family and Zitto you are only digging your grave sec by sec.
