Many have long been used in ancient traditional medicine systems, especially in the far east. The blades are bright green in color, deeply cut into and composed of numerous small leaflets that are divided into three principal groups which are subdivided into three lesser groups. The roots, leaves and seeds are for medicinal purposes. Dried leaves because of their aroma are used in the preparation of hops bitters. The roots should be harvested in the autumn of the first year and thinly sliced longitudinally to hasten the drying process. The dried root should then be placed in air-tight containers.

    When preserved in this manner they will retain the medicinal quality for many years.

The stem should then be cut at the base thus practically insuring that the plants become perennial.

    Unless seeds are desired, the tops should be cut at or before flowering time. This prolongs the life of the plant for several years because of the side shoots around the root head.

Technically, upo sahihi. Ila sio dawa ya babu tu. Dawa zote ni sumu. Hata asprini na kloroquine. Hata vitamins ni sumu. Ni kiwango (dose) tu ndio huifanya dawa igeuke kuwa sumu). Hata insulin ukijidunga nyingi kwa mwenye kisukari, unaondoka mara moja. Vitamin A ukila kilo nzima utaathirika vibaya...

Inawezekana ni huu mmea kweli, Carisa spinarum. Nimesoma nimekuta upo kwenye family ya Apocynacea. Family hii huwa ina mimea mingi ambayo ni medicinal. Hata yale maua waswahili wanaita jerusalem flower (Vinca rosea) nayo yapo family hii na ni dawa nzuri kwa kushusha sukari na BP.

Ufunuo wa Yohana sura 22:1-2 umenena hivi 'Kisha yule malaika akanionyesha mto wa maji ya uzima ung'aao kama kioo na kutiririka kutoka kwenye kiti cha enzi cha Mungu na cha Mwana-Kondoo, 2kupitia katikati ya barabara kuu ya mji huo. Haya mambo ya imani ni magumu sana kwa sababu kila mtu ana tafsiri yake juu ya maandiko ndo maana kuna wengine wanapinga kwa nguvu hiyo tiba ya babu, Wengine wanadiriki hata kusema ni nabii wa uongo. Kwa hiyo inategemea inaweza kuwa kweli au si kweli nani ajuaye?
