Hii hali hunitokea once kila baada ya mwaka au miaka kadhaa na hamna kitu naweza kifanya kikaondoa stress zangu maana si tv,si kazini,si marafiki,si chochote kile na mara nyingi hujigundua nipo ktk hiyo state usiku wakati wa kulala.

nikifika kitandani usingizi hauji,nitajigeuza huku na kule ila wapi,kulala staki,kukaa staki,kusimama staki,naanza kutembea naenda sebleni,chumbani,narudi jikoni naenda chooni nazunguka nyumba nzima,hali naonaga inazidi tu kuwa mbaya.

ninachofanya huwa nafungua kabati natafuta nguo navaaa (kumbuka huo ni usiku inaweza kuwa saa 8 hata) nachukua viatu navaa,natoka nnje sichukui usafiri wowote wala sibebi simu.

naanza kutembea kufata barabara ya LAMI au barabara yyte ile iliyonyooka natembea natembea natembea (sijui niendapo) natembea naenda safari yangu itaishia pale miguu itakaposema imetosha yani imechoka,basi hapo hapo nikishachoka kuendelea naanza kurudi nyumbani kwa kutembea.

I don't know if what works for me will have same effect to you too.

For me to feel down/depressed means I have lost self appreciation /strength like I'm weak I can't handle my business. So the solution is to bring it back by working on my self.

Challenging my self to see new growth in three areas of my life is what I do. I work on my physical ,mental and spiritual growth .

Physical growth * I make sure I look my best by working out/exercising. Knowing I'm in control of my weight /body give me a lot of chill.

Mental growth * I spend a lot of free time seeking new knowledge that will provide solutions to my daily life.
It maybe a small knowledge like Doing DIY project for my home.Or new helpful knowledge to improve my performance at my job.

Spiritual growth * The last but important part. I make sure I have the best connection with my God.The feeling of having God close to me and my family brings so much joy to my heart.

For me happiness is bettering my self everyday. As for now i do all the above working out FIVE days per week, learning new things and improving the previous one (even this language I'm using is within my learning/improving program.

For sure every morning I wake up feeling so energetic and exited about life because I have a lot to accomplish.
