Mimi nafanya jogging kwa dk 15, viungo kwa dk 15 na pushups kwa dk 15. Nilianza mwaka 2002 nikiwa 33yrs bado naendelea sasa hivi nipo 49yrs. Napenda kufanya 4-5 days a week. Tupende mazoezi jamani
Kwa sasa nimebadili ratiba ya chakula nmepunguza vya fat na wanga,Hongera mkuu. Ila unaweza kukata 500 calories ukala 2000!
