jamani muelewe kwamba kuna bahari ya kimataifa(bahari huru),mtu yeyote anaweza peleka meli zake,hata USA ana meli zake huko china ukanda wa bahari huru,hata urusi ana nyambizi huko USA,katika ukanda wa bahari huru,miaka mingi tu huwa zina survey huko..na sio siri,zinapishana na za USA huko bahari kuu(international water.)

Pia hakuna coverage yoyote toka vyombo vya habari vikubwa kama BBC, CNN, SkyNews,Rai,CCTV etc
