Na kwanini hii ni historical ? Kama ndivyo basi Awamu huwa hazinfanyi kazi dunia hii ambayo ni kijiji kwa sasa muingiliano / maongezi / kukutana ni vitu muhimu na nina uhakika/ ningependa kuona kwamba hata kama asipokwenda huwa anaongea na watu mataifa mbali mbali kila siku.... sababu anaweza kuwa anakwenda huko na cha kuonyesha ikawa ni photo-shooting tu..., na anaweza asiende na aka-accomplish mambo mengi ( na hii ni through diplomasia) sio kuitana Mabeberu wala Kuleta Dhihaka

The coronavirus pandemic can only be considered beaten once everyone in the world has been immunized against Covid-19, Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel said, after she'd met with the G7 leaders at a virtual summit on Friday.
Speaking to reporters, Merkel said she had stressed in her remarks to the group that the "pandemic is not over until all people in the world have been vaccinated," adding: "Everyone must participate."
"The [coronavirus] pandemic in particular has shown how much we are diverging from one another, worldwide."
On Friday the head of the EU's executive body, Ursula von der Leyen, said that the bloc would put up €100 million ($121 million) to fund the Covid-19 vaccine rollout in Africa.

On October 27, 2020, the French group Total signed an agreement with the State of Tanzania (HGA Host Government Agreement), for the construction of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP), which will transport crude oil from Uganda to the port of Tanga in Tanzania.
This agreement is essential for the effective start of work and covers various points, namely the rights and obligations of the State, the duties of investors, environmental standards and other relevant standards, liability, the legal framework, arbitration and project closure.
Among others, the signing of the HGA paves the way for negotiations of other important agreements such as the shareholders agreement (SHA), and the agreement on transport and tariffs.

President John Pombe Magufuli has advised President Yoweri Museveni to sacrifice part of the 185m USD tax bill charged by the URA to conclude plans for the construction of the crude oil pipeline and begin the project forthwith in order to create jobs. This appears to be a direct response to the last weeks decommissioning of Total E&P of all activities and tenders on the USD 3.5 million crude oil pipeline, infrastructure very key to both countries oil and gas sector prospects, envisaged to propel economic growth. In his response president Yoweri Museveni says an agreement has been reached with his Tanzanian counterpart on delivering the pipeline
