According to the text of the deal published by the North’s official Korean Central News Agency, if either country gets invaded and is pushed into a state of war, the other must deploy “all means at its disposal without delay” to provide “military and other assistance.” But the agreement also says that such actions must be in accordance with the laws of both countries and Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, which recognizes a U.N. member state’s right to self-defense.

Fighting further south in Kharkiv, including east of the city of Kupiansk and down to the border with Donetsk, has blazed on for much of the full-scale war.

Siwezi jua ila nachofahamu kuondoa utawala wa mtu sio kitu rahisi.
Sio kitu rahisi umng'oe madarakani kijeshi rais wa taifa lingine.
Ila hiyo ardhi ya Ukraine imeshamegeka na itaendelea kumegwa.

Putin hataki tena kuondoa utawala wa Zelensky. Anataka kuachiwa majimbo tu ambayo wamechukuwa kwa nguvu mfano Crimea na Donbas ndo vita iishe.

Ukraine anataka Russia arudi kwenye mipaka inayotambulika kimataifa. Hataki kuachia ardhi.

Kama Putin anataka kumaliza hii issue. Ashambulie Kyiv na kumuondoa Zelensky na kufutilia mbali utawala wake na aichukue Ukraine yote ambayo ilikuwa USSR wakati yeye akiwa KGB.
