Carlo has definitely converted individuals into a team and created a friendly environment in the dressing room,He is also very supportive towards his players.

Real Madrid was in the hunt of 2 trophies till the very last moments,BUT i have some serious concerns on his ability to defeat good teams or the teams who have a good record at their home...
---We couldn't defeat Atletico once in the first 7 encounters of this season,due to which we lost the race of 2
trophies (Spanish Super Cup & CDR)
-----We defeated Barca once in 2 encounters,
-----We couldn't manage a single win against Valencia in 2 matches
---- We could not defeat Athletic Bilbao & Real Sociedad away although they weren't really good this season.
---- We lost to Juventus away and couldn't defeat them at the Bernabeu either.

FACT:
WE WON JUST ONE GAME AGAINST LA LIGA'S CURRENT TOP 4 (Against Barca),So TBH WE DIDN'T DESERVE TO WIN THE LEAGUE AT ALL.

Carlo's Rotation Policy Has Been Heavily Criticised By All The Football Experts,Lucas Silva Hardly Got Playing Time Even Against Small Teams And Thus We Were Forced To Play Ramos As A CDM In The Last Part Of The Season.If Lucas Silva Wasn't Real Madrid Class Player Then Why Did We Even Buy Him? Our Last Year's La Liga Campaign Was Struck By The Injuries Too But Ancelotti Didn't Learn From It.And It's the Same Story This Year.

I am not blaming Ancelotti,I am just talking about the facts,he is the one who won us La Decima but I could not help but notice the similarity in his tactics against all the oppositions,and that's the reason why Real Madrid seems to have lost it's cutting edge against teams with good coaches Carlo Ancelotti is a good coach but he is not a very good tactician in my opinion.Carlo has killed the lethal counter attacks of Real Madrid and that's the basic reason of Bale's downfall apart from the heavy criticism from Spanish media because Bale is a player who heavily relies on his pace and we had bought him to have two rockets on our wings,not to make him play the modern version of tiki taka.

Last Year Ramos Saved Us Or Our Last Season's Campaign Could Have Had A Disastrous Ending Too Just Like This One.

Wether Ancelotti Stays Or Not, Hope Whatever Happens,Happens For The Betterment Of Real Madrid.
