I am not forcing anyone and if so please pass me the evidence. I merely stating my case against what i see as none sense mwanahalisi bowl going around JF. I havent as far as I can remember, asked for the MWANAHALISI to be banned. No one has denied the right of newspapers to print what they like, within the limits of the law. But i object turning JF members into a charity that bails our failed rags like Mwanahalisi

Hivi MwanaHalisi/Said Kubenea waliomba msaada au tunataka tu kuwasaidia bila hata kuwauliza? Kwa nini wasingeulizwa badala ya kukurupuka tu? Why JF kusaidia ones personal business?

Wao hawakuomba msaada ila wana JF wanaolipenda hili gazeti wameamua kuchangisha pesa hapa for them. Wewe huna sababu kabisa ya kuchangia mwanahalisi kama hupendi.

That still doesn't stop the initial argument. MWANAHALISI has been preaching about morals to politicians left and right while its editor (KUBENEA) is alleged to be adulterer that it is so much easier to consume junk but the knock on effects to mind and body are so unhealthy and makes for an unhealthy society. Perhaps MWANAHALISI should come with a public health warning, "Reading this paper could severely impair your rational judgement".

Both are bad but Mwanahalisi is by far the most TOXIC! The ideal MWANAHALISI story, intends to leave anyone reading it leave you hating someone or something -sometimes i wonder if this were MWANAHALISI'S a mission statement, and if it was then it shows remarkable consistency.The anger it stirs requires no action, no moral or intellectual effort, but simply confirms existing prejudices. Its victims are judged before they are given a chance to defend themselves and yes i think its a rag that we can do without.

It amazes me that for quite a few people, the Mwanahalisi is their main source of news on the world. Possibly an explanation for why they cant think critically.

How do we know if its the truth? where is the evidence to support it? Ever heard rule of law? The only societies that last for a significant time are those that require accountability by a system of law (or traditions that have the effect of law). Such societies expect everyone to meet common standards of behavior or face punishment.

Mwanahalisi has exposed the devilish actions of Rostam Azizi. It is now up to Kikwete and his govt to clear/punish him through the cour system.

Law defines obligations (what is right) and unacceptable behavior (what is wrong) for civilized societies..I believe Tanzania is one of them. Its not up to KUBENEA or MWANAHALISI to decide on our behalf but we do have courts of law to do that by looking at arguments from both sides.

The same law gives our president and his govt an opportunity and "power" to sign contracts with fake and evil companies like richmond.

You are wrong again, ROSTAM AZIZ is still innocent until proved otherwise by the courts of law beyond reasonable doubt. He has the right or fair trial(if there will be one) in which he can defend himself against accusations. MWANAHALISI as a rag has just gone nuclear by declaring him as corrupt without any sustantive evidence to support them.
