Hongera sana dear!
Mie huwa natamani sana, sema kibarua chanibana sana!

Kumbe ulikuwa kili Marathon?! Mbona hatujatafutana dear! Mwenyewe nilikuwa 21km
Mwakani tutakutana inshallah..
 
Hongera sana. Mimi uzito haupungui ila nguo zinakua kubwa siku hadi siku. Hata kiafya najisikia mwepesi kwa kweli tofauti na mwanzoni.
Wanga kuacha kwangu bado ni changamoto sema nimejiwekea ratiba ya kula mara moja kwa siku.
Ni uvivu tu sema mazoezi yanasaidia sana
 
Kwa kweli mazoezi yana manufaa sana, hata ukilala u feel comfortable No kukoroma kama duduwasha, hata kwenye g@m€ you do it better, full pumzi fully minyoosho hakuna fastafasta!!
